Any Suggestions for a 3 yr old whose clingy?

I have a 3 yr daughter who clings to me like glue all time. I have a 2 yr old that I watch everyday and my daughter doesn't cling so much but as soon as my husband and kids gets home she won't leave my side. I can't go into the other room without her totally freaking out. I can't even leave the house without her screaming for me. My other 2 kids never cling to me this bad so I don't kow what to do. Any good suggestions that has worked for you.
