I am the mom with the 11 mth old with bite from bug, what do I do if I cant take him to emergency?

Our Hospital has a an infection going around it called "Cdeficile" and I am afraid to take him there in fear that he gets it. It is very contagious and it is very dangerous. What do I do now? My doctor is on vacation and has noone replacing him? should I try an allergy medecine ffor this?
