Machusetts speeding ticket with VT license?

Today and last Thursday I got two speeding tickets for $230 and $270, almost in the exact same area of Machusetts. I have a Vermont license. My first ticket in MA was November 2009, for $100, that I paid late. Will Vermont ever know about these two new ones (I don't think they know/knew about the first one), and what will the fine be if I don't pay them on time?
