Kia Forte Koup or Optima?

I'm looking to buy a new car in the coming months, and I've narrowed my possibility to these two kia models. The Optima (2011, mind you) LX Automatic trim costs roughly the same as the Forte Koup SX, while the Optima has better safety ratings, making the insurance rates lower. Which one of these fine cars do you think I should get?
