George tells Izzy that he loves her too. The scenes for nest weeks episodes shows Meredith and Shepard still shacking up. Also shows George getting ready to tell Callie that he loves Izzy but she tell him "no not tonight". So I think Callie might end up pregnant. and George being the good guy he is, stays with Callie.
