If you town or city has a housing advisory of some kind, contact them. Also, contact the real estate salesperson again if you know him, or one that a close friend of yours has used, and is happy with. Ignore any of those scam letters, or signs on your door. That is a terrible thing to do to someone who has problems. I wish you luck.
