Do you think my cousin deserved this?

he put on a Hitler costume for halloween...he went trick or treat on it...most neighboors didn't bother because most of them are whites and he wasn't bother that much. They saw it just as costume but as he was trick or treating...this car pulls out with 2 black guys and kick his azz. Now his got pink eye and bruises. Do you really think he deserved it? he wasn't really bothering no one. He did it for fun. He didn't file police report but his shock for what happen.
