Alright how fit can someone get in a month doing this workout?

I honestly, think this is way too much. Especially if you're not in very good shape. Also I wouldn't reccomend doing all of that strength training 5 times a week. You need at least 48 hours in between workout sessions. Also, I'd say increase cardio. 2 miles is only about 20 minutes.
