Can you use a tampon while you have a yeast infection?

Yes you can use a tampon with a yeast infection. I used to use a tampon with plain yogurt inserted in me first (it will turn it around quicker) . The meds are still good even after at least 5 years expired, just not as potent, so it may take longer. Your period will also help to get rid of the infection because it changes the PH of the the yeast wants an acid environment to thrive.
