Help? how to uninstall update? ps3 game?

I downloaded burnout paradise. I also figured, i'd download all the addons too. burnout kept always asking me for the update so i did it. Little did i know, my add ons would come on and give me every car, therefore, ruining the game for me. is there any way to uninstall the update? any way besides uninstalling the game? its burnout paradise version 1.9
