You have to release some kind of way you did it get over it you did it again you probably need to engage in physical nothing is wrong with it just pray to God to give you strength to get over this you already know Satan plays on our weakness just be strong pray and ask God for help. The flesh is weak you know that! sooner or later your going to give in to someone before you jack your hand off!
