I dropped my math cl does it affect me?

Well the story is kinda long going to make it real short. Well when I was in highschool i had took trig my junior year, in my senior year I had no math and even if I did the math teacher was sucky. So when I went to college I got place in math 051= Algebraic foundations and elementary algebra. So I took this cl at first but dropped it later because it was too far since my school has two campuses, the campus close to me the cles were already full so I couldnt take it over there. Now my question is that since I dropped that cl first semester, I'm going to have to take it 2nd semester. Does that affect my transfer, since I go to a community college when I transfer my math won't be as high? Also would it prolong my time in completing the transfer requirements?. And I also tried taking the placement test twice and I got the same results. My major is Accounting/Business. Thanks for answering I really appreciate I'm just totally bummed
