Is there anyway that i can copy the sims 2 onto a hardrive and play it on another computer?

PLEASE help. So i have 2 computers and i need to transfer my sims game onto a nother computer, but i lost the disc, can i use my flash drive to copy the sims 2 onto it and install it and play please help me.or do i need the cd
