What does it mean when a guy said the pain will make you remember me?

Clearly he is immature. How old is this dude? I think he likes you...but you dont want to ever get involve with someone like that. To me that sounds like a future woman beater. Unless he gross up and matures that it what he will be. Definitly stay away from a jerk like that.
